What kind of graphic design services do you provide?

Our graphic design services are varied and comprehensive. Currently we only provide designing service by packages for example logo design & stationery package – including business card, letterhead, envelope, book and ebook cover package and photo editing package.

What do you charge for your graphic design services?

Our price is fix by packages . Customer choose the design packages that suits their design need. We also provide custom design services, please email me to get more details.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment using paypal (for creditcard and international client) and bank in transfer to maybank account (for local customer) .

How does your design process work?

We first discuss the client's needs, target market, and uses for this design.( Please complete the contact form to help us understand your design need). Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, our designers make sure they've collected enough information before they begin work. The b& w design sketches will send to you by email (Pay upfront Usd 10 for consultation fees) .This fees will be waived in your design package if you proceed with our design concept but not returnable if you terminate our service) Please understand that this rule is to protect our designer from unpaid payment and overload work task.Please refer our pricing page for details.

How many days its take to complete the design ?

Normally its take around 2 to 1 week to complete the design, but its depends on client concept and requirement.

How is the artwork delivered?

We deliver all drafts and the final logo via email. We do also ship CDs at an additional charge.

Do you accept any last minute jobs?

We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, if a job already in production is interrupted by a rush job, we reserve the right to add an additional 50% – 100% on top of the normal price

Who own the copyright for the artwork?

Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.

I own illegal business ..Will you work with me?

Our apologies, but we do not work with companies dealing in harmful, unlawful, adult, or questionnable material.
